I have a good lead on a great buy and hold property in 28205 Charlotte.

If you are pretty green one of the large brokers will provide training and get you started with some skills but no leads.

Because I was able to step back and evaluate the process to see the critical moments where the mistakes were made that ultimately lead to the foreclosure.

One of Florida's main attractions is its diverse water activity portfolio, and Fort Myers has an absolutely massive array of "canal-front" properties, of which many lead to the Gulf.So there it is.

I have a couple leads I'm chasing down but none have actually panned out yet. 

I guess now I need to start networking with wholesalers in other markets to capitalize on all the deals and leads I plan on generating. 

Which leads me to my last question which is should I wait to save more money and possibly even move to a somewhat better market( state) where prices aren't so high?

I just picked up a lead in a college town and I think they are worth looking at. 

It's really simple.So, this leads me to my next point...
