The prices have been going up over the last few years and it is tough to make the number work at all if you are seriously considering ALL expenses involved. 

If I go back to the old job, it may not work out, though I can get back into the management track elsewhere again (and to be fair, the other position is a management position overseeing 100+ engineers, it just involves some technical work and more problems).

I love change and growth, despite all the fears that are involved with it.

I'd like to do what's fair to everyone involved and my thought is as of now to give the other tenants 60 days to find a new tenant to join the lease before writing a new one.

I want to be involved in the aspect of showing and selling houses.

Luckily for me there were no kids involved.

Ultimately though, I want to reduce my involvement, so less doors with higher cash flows means less headaches.

I am currently working on being involved in REI.
