Michael,I would say if you used Zillow or any other internet source for your valuation, you will quickly be out of the investment game. 

Be careful who you listen to on the internet. :)    

When I develop names for a new company, I start with an internet domain registration site to check if the .com version(s) my potential names are available.

I searched Craigslist and the internet to see the need for office space and the specific space were considering creating and the price we would need to profit and be competitive.

I'd pay for internet/cable.Advertise on Craigslist.

Taking free advice off the internet, not the best way to go.

Josh, you're just an enabler to internet addicts.....LOL, good thing too as I think it really makes a positive contribution to the industry.  

I have faith in them and believe that they will solidify our Internet presence in about 6 months.

I have read about 90% of the blogs and articles as well as read Rich Dad, Poor Dad as well as ABCs of real estate, and almost ALL the information I can find on the internet.

You can get the education you need by networking, learning from Bigger Pockets, learning from folks at your local REI group, reading good books, finding good information on the internet and attending workshops/conferences.
