Our intention is to renovate the property and resell within the next few months.

I've watched the vicious circle personally, with people who would NEVER intentionally default on credit....but when stars align, even the most educated or responsible can end up in the poor house with little hope of help or escape, due to current predatory educational loans & the laws dealing with them.

When I read about others who blow 100K on general living expenses, it boggles my mind.I do apologize if I am seeming judgmental as that's not my intention. 

The best strategy is speak with the tenant and ask what are their intentions( well worded) "Where are you moving to?"

Essentially, you sign documents at closing indicating that it is your intent and within your current ability to stay in the house for a year.  

I've heard differing statistics regarding "Young People's" intent to marry, but either way I've seen some pretty good deals already in my preliminary research. 

There are laws regarding each and by intentionally and unlawfully encumbering title, you just might become a Defendant.  

Anyways, in our case we felt that a court would see all this as his intention to vacate, so we cleaned up the apartment and moved on.  

If you watch the videos he says they say you should not enter into agreements with the intent to wholesale or market photos of the house you are trying to wholesale.  

The intention is to build 4 high end Condo's.
