Brian, I did have a pro membership on here but just downgraded because I wasn't seeing any value for the pro membership - I did see where you could post deals but they were all jumbled up with different locations and it just didn't seem to be all that user friendly.

Hi BP community,  I'm looking for a real estate agent in the Danbury, Connecticut area who is investor friendly and/or experienced in owning their own properties. 

The owner is motivated and investor friendly, but with the amount of work that needs to be done, I'm thinking about a wholesale strategy and cashing out.Questions: 1.  

Which towns or areas between Highlands and Mt Mitchell in particular, are especially cabin rental friendly, with great views and property?

So I asked my realtor friend to approach the seller's agent and ask if they would share the details of the transaction because I suspected that there was something going on that I could learn from.

Why can't I do a land trust with myself as the trustee and wife as the beneficiary just so if anyone looks it up I can tell them I am just managing the property on the side for a "friend" (the beneficiary) and they listed me as the trustee?  

All of my friends do not understand my ambitions and dreams for becoming an investor but Im sure i will meet new people on this forum that will understand my drive.
