I loved that program, and have probably made several hundred posts singing it's (former) praises.

seems like a lot of work to secure listings.. if they put up the cash .. you pay 400.00 per hundred thousand carry cost while your loan goes through.and you put up 5% NON refundable EM .. 

Many people neglect to actually do the math, and just think I have my house paid off, or the payment on my house is low enough to rent it out and make a few hundred dollars. 

Shower curtain and rod will be perfect and will save you hundreds of dollars

Mind you, I've done 11 open house events so far, spent hundreds of dollars on FB and Google ads and put at least 1,500 miles on my car for this sale. 

I'd want a waiver of subrogation, which may cost as much as a few hundred dollars. 

@Einat MenasheNot trying to be discouraging but there are approx 75 official neighborhoods (and hundreds of sub neighborhoods) inside the city limits, plus at least five counties in the Metropolitan area.

.- Inspectors are terrifying - they literally list dozens to hundreds of items and you have no idea what "moderate" means in the context of risk to your property.

A couple lenders have offered to refinance into my company at a 75% LTV which will entitle me to a couple hundred grand of liquidity.

It's not worth the several hundred dollars and coordination for such a minor utility.
