@Victor Olowu-- Zillow owns Trulia, Hotpads, Postlets (now Zillow Rental Manager) ... they are definitely looking to get more into the rental space.And, I still think Craigslist gets the most traction from prospective tenants.

I'd say flipping is more tax punitive than offering tax advantages, but at the end of the day what you net is what's most important, and you can earn sizable net gains flipping as well.
