last thing you need is 30 to 40ki houses.. in any major metro plex.. now you can get away with that price point in smaller mid west cities were you don't have ghetto's and war zones.. just country bumbkin stuff. you buy that price point and you don't do it for a living your in for a world of financial hurt and frustration.. sec 8 is NOT gov guaranteed.. the tenant can get kicked off the program for lying on their application and the next thing you know you have a squatter .. so careful thinking it guaranteed..

Im super frustrated as I have not found how I can offset my income to capitalize on my investments.

I have seen frustrations with Realtors in escrows with solar because the buyer has not understood cost of home ownership.

Hi, Its always a frustration when a book is read (etc) and someones real deal doesn't measure up to Guru idealistic talk. 

He's getting nowhere with the city.He's understandably frustrated, but I just don't know how else to adivse him.

There are few things more frustrating AND EXPENSIVE than wanting to start a job, and having to wait MONTHS AFTER closing to get designs, engineering, and bids completed!
