last thing you need is 30 to 40ki houses.. in any major metro plex.. now you can get away with that price point in smaller mid west cities were you don't have ghetto's and war zones.. just country bumbkin stuff. you buy that price point and you don't do it for a living your in for a world of financial hurt and frustration.. sec 8 is NOT gov guaranteed.. the tenant can get kicked off the program for lying on their application and the next thing you know you have a squatter .. so careful thinking it guaranteed..
