@Lauren LiGreci BrownWelcome to biggerpockets.It is possible to get into rentals and only work during tax season.Many public accounting firms are utilizing more "seasonals/contractors" to assist with busy season.They have a set base of employees who are year round and then a set of contractors who help during busy season.

Employees take care of most of the work so I don't have to be here the normal 9-5.I also have 13 units that I self manage and another 8 that I have a property manager take care of.
