Take the next 12 months and read everything about real estate easy to read books something that you can chew on ...so many different strategies out there you need to see what is going to be to your liking.....

Finally, he did gave us promise start date in July but again did not start and we could not get hold of him.So we informed him via email that he is in a breach of contract and do not enter the property without our presence.We are looking to hire other General contractor and start work soon. 

At this point, I'm learning the previous tenants were evicted and the place needs work (cleaning, various small neglected issues)Late June: PM/ seller finally got plumbing/ HVAC follow ups, but there was no documentation or report.

After all of that, I finally was able to find my true purpose.

Grant Cardone recently released the a new book titled "How To Create Wealth Investing in Real Estate" I was wondering if anyone here on BP has purchased the book as I am currently awaiting for mine to be mailed out, and if so what takeaways did you get from this book?

I just read a book that was about buying and selling apartment buildings. 

There are plenty of forums on here with different book recommendations (rich dad poor dad, millionaire real estate investor, etc...).

Reading just 5 books based on investing will help you answer most of the repetitive questions this board see’s on a daily.

Is it possible to get a loan for 10k so I can finally get into flips then eventually into multi family rentals?
