I doubt the training is specific enough to your area to be that helpful.

Just take what they have taught you to date and put your own team together dont rely on these companies that say they will plug you into their network.. it does not work that way. there is only so many contractors and so many props and jobs to get done. you need full control of your OWN team. 

If I were to answer my own question - I'd say focus on flipping properties while you're young since it will give you a higher ROI and capital gains. 

This often breaks even on your current properties making them more or less a non event in your debt to income ratio.
