Single family 3-4 bed not on septic with an ARV of 400-900k or small multi family in king and northern pierce counties.   

I just realized tonight that if I can get a place on seller financing or subto, I don't HAVE to move my family into a multi-family for one year before we can move on and move up!

The auction will then immediately move on to the next property.In any given month the majority of the properties auctioned will be single family houses worth less than $50k but there are usually a handful of higher-value properties that will auction for substantially more.
