I called them up and they aid it could take up to a month to do, this was unacceptable to me and I harassed then until they did it, it took two days, but I was coming up to my lock deadline and had to extend.

From the University extending towards downtown, west, and south of campus, the small older neighborhoods have been converted to apartments/condos and new living communities targeting students and alumni (as the big three sports garner more success, more alumni want to come back).

While ductless units are an awesome product, you would also have the addition cost of fixing all the holes in the wall, running or extended electrical, and then install costs.
