Did you know for sure you’d be able to find deals in your market before hand?

Having it in both FL (my domicile) and CT (property location), created double the work and fees in both states.From what I can tell this isn't the right entity structure anyway, so I can imagine it was a pain with many extra costs! 

So profit might be 10k-40k if I include closing costs and commission.

Looking at a potential deal, but want to avoid pitfalls.  

I never want to have to deal with guests in my home ever again!!!

Each PM does it differently I've had this situation before and in prior case the full deposit was applied to damages vs rent.

Property taxes in Rowan County are generally reasonable, but confirm specific numbers and any potential HOA fees or maintenance costs.
