Regarding making a house breath...

Unless an applicant contacts me for a "why", I don't provide a "why"....and if I do, its very vague along the lines of " I found a more qualified and compatible applicant".....very vagueAnd don't even look or breath in the vicinity of them being a gay couple....don't bring that up AT ALL...or they will latch onto that being THE reason they got declined

I currently just purchased a 5 plex  and dove into the deep end...

I'm not holding my breath on this deal closing....  ;-)  We may see what our options are to negotiate with the lien holders, but this one is going to be tough. 

I very much feel I Just need to jump with both feet into the deep end and then it's sink or swim.

You have a lot of people with deep pockets and investor money.
