lol telling the man to move wow I'm from Wa state we had no HOA we took care of our homes because we had pride if I were to ask any of you adults as pals if you felt you needed to be babysat and told the right thing you need to do with your property you would look at me like I'm crazy but yet that's what the HOA does this everyday we are paying ppl to tell us what we can do with our property it's insane we alow this to happen i am a disabled veteran I served my country I had to move to Arizona and because I used a va loan was pretty much forced to buy a home with the anti American HOA then I read a women in Florida whos father is a police officer was forced to removed her blue lives flag because the HOA felt it was racist now I know alot of police officers i served with them and they come in all shapes sizes and colors so yes I bought a blue lives flag and will be proudly displaying it on my home hoping the HOA tells me to remove it I am on a fixed income but I will fight for my rights in court for my freedom of speech just like I fought for my country after 9/11 look these facts up yourself I won't be coming back to do your work for ya but there are alot of cases were ppls 14th and 1st amendment are being violated everyday by HOA it's appalling ppl are even coming on here to defend them I can't help but wonder how many are members of the HOA or are such narcissist you think all your neighbors must be told what to do but I'm sure you are all perfect 

You can only put certain items in the roll off dumpsters.Depending on the number of tires you can call a local tire recycling plant.They will pick up the tires for free and melt them down to reform tires again.I am talking if someone dumped illegally thousands of tires on your property.I see this around Atlanta with vacant apartment buildings.Instead of taking to the dump these businesses dump trash at these vacant buildings in the dark of the night.As far as trash outs getting jobs from banks require you to be heavily insured.You do not make much money at all.The banks bid ridiculous rates.It is not the REO brokers fault you get paid late or not at all.Many banks use asset management companies and the broker has to hound them sending multiple invoices to get the money.Sometimes the bank/asset company re-assigns the listing and stiffs the broker for trash out costs.After broker/agents take a 1 percent share fee with the asset management on their 3 percent commission they only make 2 percent.The bigger national banks have their own companies do all the trash outs.

I'm not sure why the seller would care who bought the property as long as the money was the right color.

Neutral colors, simple landscaping.I plan on paying for lawn upkeep, gutter cleaning and stuff like that.

And writing on colorful recipe cards....My experience and approach are different than anyone I met or listened to today.

Try printing the letter on just a color piece of paper then make sure you physically sign the bottom, and tape it and send it off.

Ryan Webber in a previous thread called this kind of selling, where the wholesaler sells retail to the the highest paying investor, as opposed to his regular rehab buyers, the "dark side".

Many banks and lenders of any kind want to see proof or funds or have you have some skin in the game.
