They could save so much and pay the rent with that.No offense never ever take partial payments because in my state, PA, if you do you just gave the tenant another 30 days to avoid filling for eviction for in the court's eyes.

Some are excellent renters but just don't have the credit score to be homeowners.Make sure you check the following:- Criminal history- Eviction history- Rental history (be sure you're calling the real landlord)If they don't have any criminal history, have not had any evictions, pay their rent on time and in full every month, and take care of the property, does it matter that their credit score might be a 600 versus an 800?
