Sounds so wrong to pay off a bad tenant to leave but is probably 5 times cheaper than booting them the hard way only to find your assets destroyed.

This isn't something I would leave to Bigger Pockets forums the laws vary widely by state so it would probably be best to look up the law or talk to a professional in your area, (not over the internet) who knows what they are talking about.

I have asked the Tax Assessor Collector personel for help, they couldn't, so they sent me to their Law Office that takes care of all legal matters concerning property Tax Auctions, and they told me they can NOT give any advice and that I should hire an attorney.
