Many people who end up seeking help from churches, other non profits, social service organizations, and consumer rights lawyers have been drawn in and spit out by these so-called 'foreclosure solutions' MLM programs.All too often the promised "soluition" fails to live up to expectations leaving the distressed homeowner in worse shape.... having wasted prescious time and perhaps after spending hundreds of dollars for an otherwise free for the asking service.Do some people benefit from such a one-stop solution shoppe?

Tell me what county/state the property is in and I will tell you how to look up the title on line...the borrower's name will be on the title and then perhaps you can locate him/her with a reverse address lookup...Regards,Scott Miller

If not just compose one based on your observations and hope that the former tenant accedes to it, some will, some won't.I used to have a room-by-room checklist which noted some of the following:Condition of walls and paintCondition of carpetCondition of doors and doorknobsCondition of ceilingCondition of light fixture and the bulb worksCondition of toilet, sink and tub in bathsCondition of stove, oven sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher in kitchenCondition of grass and shrubs.On the move out version I had a list of amounts that I was deducting, including but not limited to:Missing door stop (the move in one showed that there was one for EVERY door) $5.00Hole in wall from doorknob going through it (somehow in my 60 years on earth I've never destroyed a door stop or knocked a doorknob through a wall, but it's not hard to tenants) $75.Pooper scooping the yard $5.00 per pile.

In other words, they are choosing to build equity into as many properties simultaneously at once, instead of all cash's strategy of building it in one property at a time as quickly as possible to minimize interested paid overall.I'm sure both strategies have pros and cons, but what all cash is probably saying is that if your not going to pay the mortgage down ASAP, then you better be using that money (that your essentially borrowing from the bank every day that goes buy) in a way thats even more beneficial to you than it would be to avoid the interest payment on it.

Alexander has nothing to do with the Barfield (he's the one that stopped the horsetrack); The Renaissance condo's have done quite well since renting them out (high turnover due to corporate leases, but usually almost full); Happy State has a fairly well known reason for building from the ground up instead of taking available space (you can research that one on your own); the Fillmore lofts should be quite nice; and anyone with eyes can see the McCartt and Assoc signs, not exactly insight.
