can you claim it as a low-maintenance business, such as, a garage where you occasionally fix cars (even oil changes/body work), a construction company (store stuff there and do some work from there), that kind of thing?

Explore the side streets, this area is safe and full of hidden surprises, you won't find them if you don't let your body, mind and taste buds wonder freely.
