Another thing I have recently begun is working on building credit history for my corp with the ultimate goal of being able to get loans and lines of credit without personal backing.I would like to get into wholesaling then into flipping and rentals.Down the road, I would like also be able to educate my family and friends about the field and make investment loans to them so they can get started in the business as well.Thank you all for sharing your stories - its really insightful and inspirational for sure.

But "Cornelius" and "Clary C" are both disingenuous, to say the least.And I must say I am completely amazed that so many people on this thread listen so intently, even in awe, of someone who, to the best of anyone's knowledge has never closed a single real estate investment.

I enjoyed reading the book, I found it very inspiring and informative and I appreciate how the book shows you real world examples on how you can build your real estate fortune.However I see one major problem that is like a 800 lb gorilla in the room.
