Friends,does anyone recommend any particular software product to evaluate wholesale deals?

I use good software to keep the books and records.What structure is recommended for managing 100 units or less?

I also use a VA for SEO and PPC to my website.What other services do you use to automate your marketing and lead capturing?!

According to my propstream software it is 2bd, 1bath and 2 stories(although it is actually 3, it has an attic which was used as a 3rd bedroom) Built in 1900, 1120 sq. ft. house, and 3600 sq. ft lot.

However we do plan to automate the process and implement the "paynearme.com" strategy (or something similar) as @Shawn Thom mentioned.

Of course they could make a mistake but with how automated the meter reading, software and billing is they are pretty fool proof.
