It's true that SS caps out once your income reaches a certain threshold, but you'll withhold as though you're starting from zero with a new job, i.e. your side biz.

If someone sets the list price at or below the value of the house that is where you get all the at or above list offers from people who recognize the value or people who were always willing to pay above the true value of a property because they like it and want to live in it etc.
