My advice would be to start the company but position yourself as an Airbnb cleaner, the owner gets to include a cleaning cost, and as soon as you get some Airbnb accounts they’ll repeat and could even be a few times per week Also on the Dunkin - I’d just be careful that your boss doesn’t decide to repurpose your hourly working time as mostly cleaning since you’re so good at it :)
