Taking applications is not a profit center for my operation, it actually costs money when you get down to the fact that I will make phone calls, print documents, send FAXes, mail a rejection or acceptance letter, etc.

For the time-being I would call the tenant that is renewing for sure and just print up a new lease for them to sign and change the dates.

the very reason why there's fixed loan in USA becaue the gov. mandated private lenders to be baggage holder of people's debt LOL they can do that because there's fanny mae so basically all real estate in USA is guaranteed and owned by government LOLI love my US dollar privilege  LOL imagine if other countries can print US dollars, every country would have a 2% interest rate.
