If you notice any other trash or vehicles without proper license tabs also tell the city inspector about that, so at least the yard is cleaned up .About noise from those tenants, I'd call police, and keep calling if the noise level is not within normal living conditions.

Hi,I am trying to buy a home, it's under review , home inspection is done, in home inspection I didn't get any termite problem, report came out ok.I was with the home inspector all the time, he didnn't use any special device/instrument to figure out termite problem, it was pure a naked eye inspection.Today, we eqnuired from city hall, they gave us a copy of compaint filed few years back It says that tenant has complained about bed bug problem.So, Just wondering if this is minor issue, should we ignore it..what should be our reaction on this report.
