It could be gray and crappy for 2 months, but on the day of the parade it's "Sunny and 72".Midwesterners, tuning in to see their local Big-10 team play USC or whoever, see ridiculously beautiful So-Cal weather, then look out the window to see snow drifts covering their cars and say: "Honey, that's it, were moving to LA!"

@Max T.I would like to get a plow too so I can manage my own snow removal.

Who is responsible for lawn care and snow (if applicable)? 

I was talking to a gentleman named Tim who does snow removal up around Aberdeen and he said he used to do a lot of work with you.

Inside the unit, the building itself or the building and lawn/ snow care?

Pennsylvania L/T laws used to prevent evictions in winter or with snow on the ground or some such nonsense. 

Other concerns I would have are climate factors, like heavy snows in northern states that can damage the roof, or  the possibilities of tornadoes in the heartland.

@Ukiah Austin I've been working with my sister who is based out of Ocean Pines, but does work in Salisbury, Snow Hill, and surrounding areas.  

Roll out a Dave Ramsey snow ball and pay them off.

Since the snow will start flying soon, buy a snow shovel and ice melt now.
