Any advice or resources you recommend?

My question to experienced people is should I focus on paying off this debt first then investing or would you recommend I take longer to pay off loans but also save for my first 20% down.

The other problem I have is that my DTI is too high to get another big rehab loan from the same local bank.   

can anyone recommend a lender?

Would you recommend that I avoid the headaches of being a landlord and just focus on syndication investing?

Ideally, if there's an investor in the Augusta, GA area I'd LOVE to shadow you or even do some rehab labor for you on weekends so I can get my hands dirty and see how the wheels really turn.Aside from that, if anyone has any general tips for making connections with local real estate investors or things I should be reading about, I'd love to learn from you!

A building with to high STR non owner occupancy doesn't appreciate as buyers cannot get conventional or jumbo financing in the future.

I'd recommend looking for partners to help fund the difference, from the lending side our hands would be tied.
