Hello everyone,I'm a self-employed piano technician (previously musician, theatre production manager, and sound designer/composer) who waited until pretty late to get serious about what my finances are going to look like as I get older.

I'm looking for a designer to help me with planning for a two story, 1,000 sq ft add-on (500 top/bottom) incorporating an ADU.Does anyone know of any good designers for this project? 

Are we better off designating the LLC as a home improvement or renovation business that we use solely for the homes we purchase ourselves, and then paying the LLC from the proceeds of the sale, or as the work is completed?

The new home stock in Philly isn’t keeping up with national trends in design or function so I thought it would be an easy win.

The warping is to be expected with these sorts of doors, as wood naturally warps, and the design does not account for that.

You can try, but from what I've read on tube forums the laws were designed to necessitate a license to make any profit.

I love being able to design/build/and provide a home in just a couple months.
