Hi Steve, My wife and I are looking to network with people in the Tulsa area.

But, I recently came across this site, and decided to join in hopes of networking to meet other people in my field, and to get a birds eye perspective of the investing realm from those that do it everyday.

The name of this game is networking.

With an understanding of reasonable offer prices, market comparables, and contracts, as well as a decent (I think) network of investors, do you think it is reasonable to start making offers?

As for finding local landlords, go to the networking page or the main BP page and use the search box at the top to search "Boston" and "Landlord" or any other combination.
