Try running the numbers with that in mind, or consult a local reputable lender (note: I would not go with a big bank, go with a smaller local mortgage broker/banker/direct lender.)Hopefully that cures what ails ye'!

Many banks will have OREO's even posted on their websites ... you can check there first then call a banker and ask who handle s the OREO then talk to that person and get the list.
