How can the software differentiate an expense for Property ABC or Property DEF?

You would list LLC A as the owner and LLC B as the manager.For example, John Smith owns 123 Straight Street and hires ABC Realty as his property manager.

as of 1031, it's only applicable for rental, 121 for owner occupant ; but well yes we can argue we can combo 121+131 (sell after < 2 years of rent of prev. home) and do it in loop but it requires moving to a third house, that's bit painful.

Things I look for if I am going to argue the appraisal:- Find better comps. 

if I wrote it off to 1 property, that 10k would be an issue one way or another on 1 account, and I now I don't call 10K $insignificant    I know everyone has their way of doing things that works for them, and I am not trying to argue a point, even though as I re-read my post it sounds argumentative, I'm really just trying to clarify my question I asked in the first place.
