Hi John,I think writing the 60 day notice in is a great idea if you are going to month to month.

If those two things are true, then write a contract with the seller that allows assignment and assign the contract to your buyers for an assignment fee.

I want to be the talent because I choke as a tech guy.So, I hired a guy to record and edit as well as add the FX and music tracks. 

A DOB/HPD inspector will happily arrive within a day and write the building a violation.

Next write some goals short term (12 - 24 months) longer term 24 - 48 months.)
