Talking to neighbors, finding out auto was financed, then owner passed away during Covid times 2/3 years ago.

@Andrew B. actually we took over a property with a terrible lease that didn't have the auto-transfer clause in it and the judge refused to recognize it.We had to chase the previous PMC to get them to sign a Transfer of Rights document.

I’m really looking for a good investor-friendly realtor who is interested in actively helping to find deals, not just set me up on auto searches.

Also when you say familiar with down town that can mean so many things... what area of down town are you talking about as some agents specialize in certain areas ( ie. german village, victorian village, short north, downy town, OTE, marian village. ect ect ) so when you talk to the agent be clear on what you are looking for and what you would like. 

I agree and disagree it’s all about the location you do your research and pick the good areas you reduce your risk I have a few properties in east English village that hasn’t give me any headaches as of yet.

I am a young investor and flipper with 4 units on Ohio State University campus and I manage 30 others in German Village, OSU, Short North, Dublin and Clintonville (what I consider the "hot spots" of Columbus).

My game is VR's and I'm on track to do very well with this new duplex in the village.
