@Eddie Soto - There is no special "trick" to wholesaling in NJ. 

The areas I’m looking to purchase in are rated as (A) and (B) neighborhoods and I’m interested in buying and holding long term.The trick is you need to find a local handyman that has experience dealing with the same set of situations/issues.
