Someone back there couldn't see the difference of national origin, because it doesn't single out anyone from specific countries, it may treat all non-citizens the same.

My instinct is to want to work out a clear business arrangement with him (NOT just treat this as some sort of hazy friend arrangement - I agree that would be a terrible idea), because he's someone we already know and trust.

A lot of people on here (myself included) treat it as such, and take it for what it is--a general idea.That being said, I have mentors and lots of folks I know who invest in the Cincinnati market, and even in the Dayton/Kettering markets.

. ^^^^ what Ed said,Ozone machine alone will not do it for hardcore pet odors (cat urine) Ozone machine is just one step and one tool in the process, you must chemically treat the effected areas (walls, baseboard, hardwood floors, sub-floors), remove and replace carpets, kilz over effected areas and then treat with ozone machine for multiple days.

I feel much more sorry for them on recent weekend days now that my husband has decided to make homemade dehydrated liver treats for our dog (pounds of liver cooking low for 10-12 hours or so.
