As an example, first we called people mentally retarded and that became a negative so we changed to mentally handicapped and that then became negative so now we switch to handy capable or some other name which will eventually take on the same negative connotation.

For what its worth, I showed and successfully rented( for $100 more than previous) one of my occupied units, while the current tenant was working from home.I pre-screened the new tenant, to make sure she was serious and capable.

Yes, do the normal things you would do to avoid contracting the common flu and you'll be fine. the level of fear very from town to town, and I'm convince that at the end, this palpable fear the airwaves have been flooded with would've done more damage than covid-19 is capable of.
