@Darren RuchIt'd be helpful if you posted a link to the listing so people here can get a better sense of what your rental looks like, the area surrounding it, and how the listing is written.Also, you should try posting to more than one site to reach the widest audience of potential renters.

I think what was throwing me off was that both the first and second were owned by Bank of America and one was sold off and the other wasn't.

Attend  networking events with your target audience as well as charitable functions and community events.

Their goal in life is apparently to be choking in personal debt until they die, locked in jobs they not-so-secretly despise, praying life doesn't throw a curve ball at them that they can't handle.So ultimately, Chris, if you just resolve not to be like my acquaintances, not to allow yourself to even think about going near that version of the future of yourself, you've got a better shot than most people.

Decent houses that appeal to a wide audience in good areas where there are quality tenants.
