Had a resume submitted to me last week for a $100K+/yr. job and the guy's e-mail address was [email protected]. 

I made the phone call today to submit an offer and unfortunately I waited to long and someone came in and took the deal paying asking price.  

I'm going to jump into Etrade savings next month, they're offering 4.40% currently for their savingsi closed a money market account with my bank and took all tha cash out; the had me wait 10 days to " order money" :lol: they also submitted SAR ( suspected activity report ) to IRS......hehelooks like banks start to panic, doesn't it ?

We submitted an offer and she never responded.

I have submitted a request for release.

It is a problem even more so for those of us who like to ramble on and remeber things to put after were done submitting.

ahhhhhh, it is clear to me now - just clicked on your signature link, and lo and behold, you sell a real estate analysis software package that probably does what your recomending my spreadsheet to do.

Do I just submit an offer?

What I"m seeking is an agent who can help me get comps, send me listings in a specific neighborhood, and submit offers on my behalf.

Not any of you . . . there is a problem with our software and we are aware of it.
