Since joining BP and devoting my "wasted Facebook/YouTube trolling time" to now BP and anything real estate, my son has been lurking over my soldiers and asking questions.

So I signed it,  however, with compensation.The son of the home seller will likely be drafted into the NFL as a kicker.  

I lived in Palo Alto at the time and the property was in Wine country  ( Sonoma ) my specialty in those days was selling owner financed land  I had no patience with anyone who needed a bank loan or did not have cash.Fast forward ( since I was my own broker ) I just looked up  the owner  he happened to live right up the hill from me of off Page Mill Road ( high rent district) called him met with him got deal singed and he fired the agent and I went on to do multiple deals with him over the years including him investing in my projects.

For instance I bought a lot in Palo Alto for 575k and spent 325k building my home on it. 

I'm so glad I didn't let these excuses stop me from continuing to educate myself on REI, analyzing deals and finally pulling the trigger because today my son turns one month old AND I just got the keys to my first property! 

Angel Investors are everywhere, you just don't know who has money until you put your proposal out there.My son recent raised $250,000 from 4 angels.

As a person who doesn't use the substance in any way, shape or form I think it a very prudent business opportunity for the future.So much so that I've alto invested in Colorado greenhouses that are already in full operation and considered the Coors of MJ propagating, production and distribution.
