Jon, i don't have time to devote to 1000's of leads...i'm trying to pursue a music career and use real estate as a supplement..the wholesaling thing is just a way to generate extra income..so i'm happy w/ 100 or so leads even though the most i ever got in a month when i was trying to actively wholesale was maybe 15. who are the NOLA people u refer to?

You did have to have some form of ag going on, but often a few goats was sufficient.I think Tim and Rick are referring to conservation easements.

I would have phone numbers and references for shelters and other resources.

You do not want a legal aid attorney claiming the notice was defective.There is nothing to stop a landlord from sending or posting an additional document that offers solutions.

Mike, yes, if your referring to REOs through MLS, that is a waste from an investor standpoint, if he is attempting to make profit from flipping.
