My team uses a banker at Yellowstone Bank.

Now we’re at a place where we’re going to start hammering out the business plan, building a team, and researching initial financing.We’re grateful to have such a wonderful resource as BP, thank you @joshua_dorkin!

Leland, Our team has done 3,800 properties over the last 15 years, and this is a great question. 

So I have been spending a lot of time structuring the business (creating an LLC, building a team) and maximizing profits (upgrades, higher rents, paying down loans).

Okay, I share with you my real estate to get some input and share some brick walls we've been hitting.Us as lenders - we're a Dream Team for any lender.  

Apart from other suggestions, I would suggest creating a team of professionals, and each of these professionals would handle a particular part of the deal.

My first question is, what does a typical real estate team look like for those that own 3+ rental properties?

We could potentially move to Charlotte for a couple years and house hack, while we establish ourselves and build a local team before moving on to Asheville.I would love to hear from some local investors in Charlotte on any or all of the items below:What is your opinion of the market?
