I agree with a lot of what other posters have said : 1) remember it’s a business transaction; 2) don’t tell him you have someone willing to pay lots more; 3) make sure to follow the terms of your lease (if there is one) and 4) conduct due diligence to ensure Mr. $900 is legit.
