Even a $50,000 home needs a new boiler, roof, water hear, and to repair regular wear and tear.

I used to live in an apartment downtown MKE and we regularly would see 15 month leases.

It can be tempting to try to use cheaper dollar-store "blue tape" for this, or an old role of regular masking tape, or something else.

I host one with a friend in Eagle Rock, I go to FIBI in Pasadena, and LAREI in San Gabriel when I can.
