You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

@Walter PinedaThe biggest challenges with Turnkey providers:1) Terrible renovation work - we've taken over many properties that investor bought turnkey and they were shocked to learn the true condition of their property from our TakeOver video.

I am shocked with the changes in the economy that a securities attorney is that busy. 

I would tell the tenants that they should only turn it up a little if they are getting shocked when they touch stuff or each other.I would turn on every faucet in the house and go into the crawlspace and check for leaks.

Some investors actually pull a preliminary title report, review it and decide not to pay for the policy and fly on their own.
