I am very excited about the real estate journey that I am about to embark upon, and so should you.

I am looking at my first deal, naturally, I'm excited but I don't want that to fog up the logic in the numbers.

It's not the most exciting thing, but if you do this enough, you'll begin to get a good insight on the market and ARVs of properties.

What excites me about it is the potential to add more income streams to my portfolio with a low down payment.

I am excited to get started and figured this would be a good place to start considering the ROI.

Is there a mass exodus from NYC yes I’m one of them bought a new construction 1.5 hours away are the prices reflecting the mass exodus sadly no or maybe not yet..I had a similar idea as your wife figured let me buy a condo in UWS use it for Airbnb and on days I work late have somewhere to crash near by but I’m just seeing modest discounts on prices in certain areas nothing to get excited about...
