I flip, invest, and own a property management company in central CT.  

I rent single family homes to companies that take care of special needs people.  5 unrelated individuals is the limit for a rental property but people still refer to them as group homes. 

Examples - owner occupied loans for house hackers, specific market knowledge (ie - friend of mine that ice fishes and bought a short term rental cabin in an ice fishing spot that you and I would never know of), ability to do renovation on your own or cheap, contacts with local companies or organizations that would be a tenant source for mid term rentals, ways to source off market deals, etc.Whatever it is, figure that out and get started.

Building leaders and entrepreneurs will be a win-win for the company and for individuals.

They do not answer their phones or emails and have chosen to keep the doors closed to the public after Covid.  

I am a mortgage broker; I haven't done any loans in Detroit but this is where you do your due dilingence by calling the title company and finding out what their cost/fees for doing the settlement will be; you would have to give them the subject property address, and tell them that is an investment property. 

If not already done I would upload a company logo and set up a professional zillow profile.

Start googling real estate directors of these companies, then head on over to linked IN to see if it's up to date. 

We mainly work on bathrooms and kitchens and restore what the restoration companies tear up when they mitigate water damage.
