Now I say that and I did a 7 lot one in North Charleston that I got through in 4 months.. but the lots were on a paved street with city sewer and water.. if you have to build infrastructer it can take a year to put plans together and get them approved.I think being a land ACK person for a big developer or builder would also teach you a lot with getting paid to do it.
