In my lease, I have a clause that outlines if the machine breaks due to their neglect, they will have to pay for it.Has anyone signed up for an Amazon delivery every other month? 

Can someone outline this from the seller perspective?  

Your PM agreement clearly outlines what fees the tenant pays that are kept by the PM, and the pet rent is not one of them.  

Now, language can be added in special provisions or a separate addendum out lining why the deposit should be returned to the buyer.  

@Ben Raptoulis Now that you have the property under contract, here is the process I would follow:email the fully executed contract to your lender so they can begin to do what they need to do to move your loan along.Deliver any earnest money deposit outlined in the contract to the sellers attorney/title companySchedule the home inspection and have the home inspection.Work through any issues that come up in the inspection with the sellerOnce that is settled, email the fully executed contract and disclosures to your lawyer so they can do their work title search, etc.  

The cash goes to the developer and builder to fund its construction as outlined in its budget.

Hello Milan - They'll have shell delivery requirements which will also outline their specs. for gas, electric, hvac, water, and sewer.
