Im new to the real estate game out here myself and went on meetup.com to attend events related to real estate investing.

I have switched accountants and I see now that the online Pro version is $60/month. 

We purchase houses off the MLS or at auction using a rehab loan from a private lender, get the work done (mostly outsourced, though my husband likes to do some of it himself), pay our contractors with rehab draws from the loan, then list it using on online MLS listing broker and use our attorney for the closing.

This is a numbers game. 

Maybe you can chalk it up to us not being 20 years in the game, but if we feel like you aren't "hearing us" we stop talking.Hope you find this helpful.

Until an 'investor' reaches critical mass (escape velocity) in number of units turning enough profit that even the occasional catastrophe won't  change their life style, it's got to be keep your head in the game and all hands on deck.It's all fun until it's not.

Aside from learning as much as I can through books, online forums, and the BP podcasts, should I look for a local investor that flips homes and offer my contracting services?
